A HOME WITHIN A HOME

 

This self-contained apartment was created from the side of a house utilising garage space and an existing office with a conservatory. The conservatory was insulated, and a comfortable TV/living room was created. We also upgraded the main house and garden applying ‘Astro Turf’ to the damaged lawn to visibly improve the look of the garden and make it maintenance free. A practical and attractive studio was then erected for the owner’s business needs.

 

The renovation has added 20-30% to the value of the property, it can now be used for a ‘granny flat’, a home for grown children who cannot afford to move out of the family home, or it can be rented out for extra income.
