This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment was empty and new but stood vacant for months as it needed furnishing. Potential buyers were not able to appreciate the property as being empty it looked smaller than it actually was. The terrace furniture added the final touch to the balcony which boasted a beautiful viiew of the sea.
The client agreed it should be staged and we were asked to complete the work which we carried out in just 2 days. The apartment was sold within weeks of completion and the new owner was delighted, as was the seller.
TAMPA HOUSE, FLORIDA, USA
This stunning house with lake views has recently been staged to sell in ‘Tampa’ Florida USA. We created a modern and spacious look to impress potential buyers and accessorised with beautiful art-work and stunning lighting.

After searching for our dream retirement home in Tampa Florida we teamed up with Homestaged Interiors to refurbish this empty house in an over 55’s community with a view to either reselling the property or keeping it.
We were so delighted with the finished project we had no hesitation in keeping it for ourselves. We did not have the imagination to be able to create the touches that Jackie Commissar and her team achieved. They made a house into a home by adding stunning art work and accessories, and we were absolutely thrilled with the final result.
We cannot recommend ‘Homestaged Interiors’ highly enough especially to couples who are retiring and are not able to visualise how a furnished home will look.

SAN PEDRO DE ALCANTARA, COSTA DEL SOL
A recent project recently installed by Homestaged Interiors, has been marketed in San Pedro, close to Marbella, on the Costa del Sol. We transformed this 4x bedroom villa with an unused basement into a 6x bedroom / 5x bathroom home, with a self-contained apartment in the basement. Using some of the clients furniture and supplying new furnishings and accessories, we created the 'WOW' factor that will attract potential buyers.

APARTMENT STAGING
This 2 x bedroom apartment was looking dated and tired, our goal was to bring some life to the living room, bedrooms, and terrace which ultimately created a sale for the client. Introducing touches of colour using accessories and dressing the terrace transformed the property beautifully.
